Mental Health Matters(MHM) is a clothing brand dedicated to spreading positivity and mental health awareness. We are committed to provide cute and affordable hoodies/sweatshirts for people like you. Each piece of clothing has a supportive message on the back so it’s seen by those walking by. Mental health affects everyone. My unisex hoodies come in a wide variety of sizes and colours so you’ll feel comfortable and confident! As someone who struggles with anxiety and other mental health conditions, I find it very important to feel supported by those around me. At MHM, our goal is to ensure that no one feels alone.

My name is Ella Rueve and I am the sole owner of the business. MHM was created to spread kindness and positivity throughout my community. Many people are struggling right now and are unable to reach out for help. My hoodies are designed to make people feel supported while also making you feel cozy and warm.

WHAT IS THE SIZE RANGE?
Our hoodie/sweatshirts range from small to 3XL!!
HOW ARE THEY MADE?
To create and paste the designs, I use a Cricut. I make each one on my own which takes a few hours to design, cut and iron on!
ARE THE HOODIES/SWEATSHIRTS CREATED IN ADVANCE?
They actually aren’t! Once an order is placed, I will order the clothing piece online. Once it arrives, I will create the designs based on the colour of vinyl requested. Although it takes longer for customers to receive their hoodies/sweatshirts, it decreases the amount of waste!
